SHEET C-000SPECIFICATIONS
The playbook, line by line.
The same rules in every store of the chain. Nothing here is decided by hand: the split is written on chain at launch, a crank moves the fees every service, and HQ's buyback is public.
| Mark | Line | Share |
|---|---|---|
| A | HQ treasury: buyback & burn of the HQ token | 70% |
| B | Owner (the wallet that launched the coin) | 30% |
| Creator fees of every trade, every store | 100% |
SHEET C-100CLAUSES
Six clauses.
- 1
Opening
You launch the coin from your wallet and make the first buy: you are its creator on pump.fun. In the same transaction the creator fees are split 30% to you and 70% to HQ. pump.fun locks that split on its first change; nobody can move it afterwards.
- 2
Tickets
Every buy and every sell of the coin is a ticket, read from the trade events on chain: on its pump.fun bonding curve, then on its PumpSwap pool once it migrates.
- 3
Services
Four a day, closing at 00:00, 06:00, 12:00 and 18:00 UTC. At the close, tickets and volume go on the store's ledger and a crank moves the creator fees out of pump.fun's sharing vault to the two shareholders.
- 4
HQ buyback
HQ's 70% from every store buys the HQ token back on the market, then everything bought is burned. Every buy and burn is a public transaction from the HQ wallet Ch5t…rsqa.
- 5
Ranks
A store moves up with its lifetime tickets: Food truck 0, Diner 1,000, Bistro 5,000, Brasserie 25,000, One star 100,000, Two stars 250,000, Three stars 1,000,000. Ranks are a scoreboard; they pay nothing.
- 6
Nothing custodial
The coin is a plain pump.fun coin. franchise.garden never holds the launcher's keys or funds: the launch transaction is signed in the launcher's own wallet.
